These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website, to the free live training offered through it, and to any optional paid upgrade purchased through this website in connection with that training.
They do not apply to our mentorship, coaching, or other program offerings, each of which is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement entered into at the time of enrolment.
Registration for the training is free and creates no payment obligation. An optional paid upgrade is offered separately. Purchasing it is entirely your choice and is not required in order to register for or attend the training.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Income Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference.
By accessing this website, submitting a registration form, or attending the training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you should not use this website or register for the training.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Creatives Blueprint Inc. in relation to this website and the free training, and they supersede any prior understanding, representation, or statement, whether oral or written, in relation to that subject matter.
This website is operated by Creatives Blueprint Inc., an education company that teaches skills relating to personal branding, content creation, audience growth, offer development, and online marketing. We can be contacted at [email protected].
The Website and the Training are intended for an adult audience. By registering for the Training or submitting any information through this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
We rely on that representation. We do not carry out age verification, and nothing in these terms obliges us to do so. Where we become aware that a registrant is below that age, we may cancel the registration and delete the associated information at our discretion. The Company accepts no liability arising from a false or inaccurate representation of age made by any person.

The Training is a free educational session. It is general in nature, it is delivered to a group, and it is not tailored to your individual circumstances, business, audience, or market. Nothing presented during the Training constitutes personalised advice or a recommendation for your specific situation.
The Training is provided on an informational basis only. It does not create a client relationship, a coaching relationship, a fiduciary relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, an agency, or an employment relationship between you and the Company. We do not build, manage, operate, or take responsibility for any business, account, or campaign of yours, whether during the Training or afterwards.
Anything you build using what you learn is yours. You are solely responsible for it, including its content, its lawfulness, and its commercial outcome.
To attend the Training you must register by providing the information requested on the registration form. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not register using another person's details or a false identity.
Access details are sent to the contact details you register with. You are responsible for providing accurate details, for checking spam and promotional folders, and for ensuring that your provider does not block our messages. We are not responsible for access details that are not received, are filtered, are delayed, or are sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Attendance is subject to the capacity of the platform used to host the session. Registration does not guarantee entry to any particular session, and we may limit, reallocate, or reschedule places at our discretion.
You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and software. We are not responsible for any technical issue on your side, or on the side of any third party platform, that prevents you from attending or from viewing the session properly.
The Training is offered at our discretion and as a courtesy. We may at any time and without notice change the date, time, duration, format, platform, presenter, or content of the Training, reschedule or cancel any session, or discontinue the Training entirely.
We give no undertaking that a recording, replay, slide deck, handout, or summary will be made available after a session, and no such material forms part of what you register for. Where we choose to make something available, we may withdraw it at any time.
The Website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or free of harmful components, and we may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice and without liability.
Nothing on this Website or in the Training constitutes financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, employment, medical, or other professional advice, and no professional or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Website or your attendance at the Training.
You should obtain independent advice from a suitably qualified professional in your own jurisdiction before acting on anything you see or hear. You are solely responsible for determining whether any action you take is lawful, appropriate, and compliant with the rules that apply to you, including the terms of service of any platform you use.
We make no representation, warranty, undertaking, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, regarding the results you may achieve. We do not guarantee that you will gain followers, generate views or engagement, receive enquiries, make sales, acquire clients, earn income, or achieve any other outcome from the Training or from anything shown on this Website.
Any outcome depends on factors personal to you and outside our knowledge or control, including your effort, your consistency, your existing audience and skills, your chosen market, the time you commit, the decisions you make, the quality of your execution, and changes to the platforms, algorithms, and markets you rely on. Testimonials, case studies, screenshots, and results shown on the Website or during the Training reflect the individual experience of the specific person described. They are provided for illustration only. They are not typical, they are not independently verified, and they are not a representation of what any other person will achieve.
Individuals featured have given permission for their experience to be shared. Where a person featured has received any form of consideration in connection with their participation, that fact will be disclosed alongside the testimonial.
After registering for the Training you may be offered an optional paid upgrade, which may include additional materials, extended or recorded access, or other supplementary content. The upgrade is optional. It is not required in order to register for or attend the Training, and declining it does not affect your registration in any way.
The following terms apply to any paid upgrade purchased through this Website:
Separate programs. From time to time we may describe or reference our mentorship, coaching, or other programs during the Training or elsewhere on the Website. Any such description is informational. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and creates no obligation on either party. If you choose to enrol in one of those programs, that enrolment is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement you enter into at that time, which sets out the price, the payment schedule, the term, what is included, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply. That agreement is the complete and controlling statement of the commercial terms between us, nothing on this Website varies or overrides it, and in the event of any conflict that agreement prevails.
All Content, together with the Website itself, its design, its structure, its copy, its images, its logos, and its underlying code, is owned by Creatives Blueprint Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in Canada and internationally. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
Our name, our brand, our logos, and our product names are our trademarks. Nothing on the Website grants you any right or licence to use them. All other trademarks appearing on the Website are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only, which does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable licence to access the Website and the Training for your own personal and educational purposes. This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.

Breach of this section is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access without notice, in addition to any other remedy available to us at law or in equity.
You may not record, screen capture, photograph, stream, transcribe, or otherwise capture the Training, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
We may record our own sessions for quality, training, marketing, and educational purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that the session may be recorded, and that if you speak, appear on camera, or post in the chat, your contribution may be captured in that recording and may subsequently be used by us. If you prefer not to be captured, keep your camera and microphone off and do not post in the chat.
We expect everyone attending the Training to behave respectfully. You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any attendee, presenter, or member of our team, not to post unlawful, obscene, or misleading material, and not to use the Training or its chat to promote your own or any third party's products or services.
We may remove any person from a session, and decline future registrations from them, at our sole discretion and without notice, refund, or explanation.
By registering you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and, where you have provided your number and consented, by text message. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, and you may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Full details of our messaging program are set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Website, the Training, and our communications may reference or link to third party websites, platforms, tools, and services that we do not own or control. Those references are provided for convenience and information only. We do not endorse, and we are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, pricing, terms, practices, or performance of any third party.
Any dealing you have with a third party, including any purchase, subscription, or account you create, is solely between you and that third party. The total aggregate liability of the company arising out of or in connection with the website and the free training, for all claims combined, shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
You acknowledge that the Training is provided free of charge, that the limitations in this section are a reasonable allocation of risk in that context, and that we would not be able to offer the Training free of charge without them.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creatives Blueprint Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim, demand, action, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Training, your breach of these terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or any content or business you create or operate, including any claim brought by a third party in connection with it.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website, the Training, or any communication from us at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Because the Training is provided free of charge, no refund, compensation, or explanation is owed in connection with any such action.
Sections which by their nature should survive termination, including sections 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 24, and 25, survive any termination of your access.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing any part of what we offer where that failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, strike, power failure, internet or telecommunications failure, cyber attack, or the failure, outage, suspension, or change of any third party platform or service on which we depend.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website or the Training, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and you waive any objection to proceedings being brought in that forum on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum. Where the law of your own jurisdiction gives you a non waivable right to bring proceedings locally, this section does not remove that right.
Before commencing any proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and to allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, or within the shortest period permitted by applicable law if that period is longer.
Any claim must be brought in an individual capacity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative proceeding against the Company.
We may amend these terms at any time. The amended version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top and takes effect from the moment it is posted. Your continued use of the Website or attendance at the Training after that time constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. You should review this page periodically.
